Our Textile Heritage
Raghunandan Spintex LLP is a 100% export-oriented spinning mill, strategically located in Rajkot, Gujarat (the hub of premium long-staple Shankar-6 cotton production in India).
Founded in the year 2021 with a modern capacity of 27,360 spindles, we manufacture carded, combed, and compact ring spun yarns. Our monthly output exceeds 650 metric tons of yarn, serving weavers and knitters globally.
We integrate modern technological advancements from raw blow room stages to automated cone-winding. This mechanical precision helps us achieve minimal yarn defects, consistent coefficient of variation (CV%), and excellent strength characteristics.
Raghunandan Group Diversifications
Raghunandan Spintex LLP represents the state-of-the-art textile arm of the parent Raghunandan Group. The group maintains active operations across multiple key B2B and agricultural sectors, including commercial LPG distribution, Go-Ras™ premium cattle feed production, plastic recycling, and bulk industrial scrap trading. This broad multi-industry expertise guarantees the corporate stability, financial strength, and long-term supply-chain reliability that global importers expect.
Foundation of Trust
Vision, Mission & Philosophy
Our Vision
To lead the spinning industry by adopting the latest textile technologies and delivering consistent, premium grade combed and carded yarns to our international client base.
Our Mission
To consistently supply yarn batches that match international parameters, by investing in modern testing equipment, sourcing quality long-staple cotton, and ensuring seamless port delivery workflows.
Our Proverb
"Unity magnifies our impact, making the impossible possible." We foster collaboration between our machine operators, QA lab engineers, and export coordinators to guarantee success.
Modern QA Laboratory
Quality assurance is the core of our export promise. Our spinning mill maintains an on-site, temperature-controlled laboratory equipped with high-precision instruments to check yarn characteristics systematically:
- ✔ Yarn Count and Twist Verification (TPI)
- ✔ Single-Yarn Tensile Strength & Elongation Tests
- ✔ Evenness Testing (Uster CV%, Thin/Thick places, Neps)
- ✔ Hairiness Index (H) checks
Textile Machinery
Our factory machinery is designed to optimize production efficiencies and minimize yarn stress. Key features of our machinery line include:
Automated Blow Room
Ensures gentle opening, cleaning, and blending of raw cotton fibers for uniform lap formation.
High-Speed Carding
Achieves optimal fiber parallelization and micro-dust extraction to avoid down-stream defects.
Auto-Leveling Draw Frames
Guarantees consistent sliver thickness, avoiding yarn count variations (CV%).
Fibre to Cone
Our Spinning Process Flow
Every cone we export passes through eight tightly controlled stages, each monitored against in-process quality checkpoints.
Bale Management & Blow Room
Selected Shankar-6 bales are laid down by micronaire and opened gently, with automated cleaning and contamination sorting.
Carding
High-production cards individualise fibres, extract micro-dust and short fibre, and deliver a uniform card sliver.
Drawing & Lap Forming
Auto-levelled draw frames double and blend slivers; lap formers prepare uniform laps for the combing line.
Combing
Combers extract residual short fibres and neps, leaving only long parallel fibres for smooth, lustrous yarn.
Finisher Drawing
A final auto-levelled drawing passage locks in sliver evenness, protecting downstream count consistency (CV%).
Speed Frame
Roving frames insert protective twist and wind precise roving packages ready for the ring spinning floor.
Ring & Compact Spinning
Ring frames with compact attachments condense the fibre strand, minimising hairiness and maximising RKM.
Auto-Coning & Packing
Automatic winders with electronic yarn clearers splice out faults; cones are conditioned, UV-checked, and palletised.
Infrastructure
Plant & Laboratory Setup
A modern, climate-controlled spinning line supported by a fully instrumented quality assurance laboratory.
